Product Introduction

The Color steel cut to length line machine can do uncoiling, straightening, gauging, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It mainly includes uncoiler, straightener, gauge, shearer, conveyor,stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc. The line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolled carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all e other kinds of metal materials with surface coating. The cut to length line is controlled by PLC system. The information of length, shearing numbers and speed can be input to the PLC systems via HMI(Human Machine Interface) touch screen. When the needed shearing quantity is reached the line can stop automatically. The line speed can be adjusted, It has a gauge with high precision, and whole line can work automatically and operate easily, smooth plates can be made.

Process Flow:

Prepearing coil→loading car → uncoiling →centering →Pinching and leveling→ transmission table→ vertical roller→ measuring length and Leveling →Cutting to fixed length → transimission roller table → fine leveling →transimission roller table→pinching rollers→palletizer

2. Thin coils differ in coil weight, when max coil weight is small, usually single mandrel (cantilever) uncoiler for this high-speed cut-to-length line is adopted.
3. To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of leveling rollers should be scientifically proper, we confirm diameter of leveling rollers by actual experiences and engineering calculation.
4. Automatically piling-up bracket can receive finished sheets and automatically pile them up orderly.
5. Hole accumulator between leveling machine and fine leveling, is necessary to protect sheet surface and make sure the simultaneously work of leveling machine DC motor and fine leveling servo motor.
