Product Application

This series of High speed CTL metal steel plate cutting machine is applicable to coils of various specifications. the High speed cut to length line produced by cut to length machine manufacturers is used for the producing flattened cut to length steel plate through the procedure of uncoiling, flattening and cutting to required width and length.The CTL line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing.It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials.

Process Flow:

Prepearing coil→loading car → uncoiling →centering →Pinching and leveling→ transmission table→ vertical roller→ measuring length and Leveling →Cutting to fixed length → transimission roller table → fine leveling →transimission roller table→pinching rollers→palletizer

Electrical system
The electric control system consists of distribution system, DC drive system, AC control system, pneumatic, hydraulic control system and so on.
The electric control system consists of an AC cabinet, a PLC cabinet, three sets of DC speed control device and three operation tables and so on. Touch screen digital operation, all digital DC speed control. High degree of automation, simple operation
1) Electronic control equipment cabinet, boxes, etc. using GGD standard, IP24 protection level; manufacturing by GB3047 and GB4208 implementation.
2) The control system uses Siemens PLC control device, the speed control system uses the British continental DC governor.
3) Electrical cabinet, low-voltage electrical using domestic famous products.
4) More than 30KW motor for driving
5) Considering the safety and convenience of electrical system operation, the system settings:
a. Install the emergency stop button on al the console, the operation box.
b. Install the alarm buzzer on the main operation stand and design a contact button and a radio between the main operating stations.

Hydraulic system
Function: Provide low or high pressure oil for all hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors in the equipment.
