The H beam automatic welding line consists of slitting and cut to
length machine,web forming machine,flange,wed feeding
machine,corrugated web H-beam robot automatic welding
machine,corss-section cutting,output system and so on. This machine
has high quality,high efficiency,full-automation.It centralize the
assembly, welding and straightening functions on one machine which
saves space and economize workshop.

Production Show:
1 . Equipment structures type: Gantry gate move type &
Cantileversubmerged machine
2 . Gantry gate drive method: AC motor and R series worm reducer.
3 . Welding speed: 0.15~1.5m/min.
4 . Arc guide frame head function is to mechanically track up and
down, left and right.
5 . Imported frequency converter is able to realize gantry gate
stepless speed adjustment, with wide speed adjustment range, high
accuracy and constant output torque.
6 . Electrical control cabinet: main control cabinet and remote
operation box.
7 . Welding Quantity: two h-beam once completed
8 . It has variable speed, indicated by digit displayer. The whole
machine is controlled by PLC.

Service Commitment & Quality Assurance:
Installation: If necessary, engineer is available to service
machinery overseas; but all the relevant cost and extra 100USD/day
for our engineer will be paid by the buyer.
Warranty: 1 year since the machine leave seller's factory.
During the warranty period, it covers all spare parts of machines,
if you find some spare parts were damaged, those new spare parts
will be supplied free by us, but normal wear and tear excepted. And
the freight should be bore equally by both parties.
